World Youth Orchestra
Students involved in this program are given access to instruments, private instruction, and group instruction in an orchestra setting free of charge. The World Youth Orchestra, Paula Madrigal artistic director, is the primary focus of Young Strings Outreach, and has grown to include strings, winds, and brass. Alumni of the World Youth Orchestra have gone on to play as soloists with the Ballard Civic Orchestra, and have received numerous grants and scholarships for their pursuit of higher education.

Who: Youth of diverse, often underrepresented cultures (especially Latinx) ages 7-19.
What: Instrumental and orchestral instruction for individuals and groups.
Where: 6215 196th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98036, United States.
When: Weekly sessions on Mondays from 5:00pm-7:00pm

When: Weekly sessions on Saturdays from 2:00pm-3:00pm (beginners)
Weekly sessions on Saturdays from 3:00pm-5:00pm (continuing members)
